One of my all time favorite diet foods is baked cauliflower. In fact, I crave it. Here is the recipe:
Baked Cauliflower
- Pre Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut up a head of cauliflower in to little pieces.
- Spray the cookie sheet with Pam and spray a little on the cauliflower.
- Sprinkle the cauliflower with seasoning (i use lots of Cayenne pepper and seasoning salt)
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip, bake for 15 more minutes and if needed, 15 more minutes.
SOOO yummy!!! I like to eat it with chopsticks just because it is fun. :)
